STEP1..Extraction
Steam distillation is applied to extract polysaccharides from okra extract.

Original okra extract is subjected to high pressure, homogenization, and nanonization to further refine the polysaccharide particles.

After liposome coating process, the particle size is inspected and maintained at a level between 50~300 nm so that the polysaccharides are able to be absorbed into the skin base.

After refining the molecules, they are filled immediately to prevent oxidation.

Through the drying process: condense to -40°C (for even core temperature and harder texture)→vacuum→keep 2 days under a stable temperature of -40°C→increase the temperature to 30°C (so that the vapors sublimate)→freeze crystal formulation
